Our Golf Professional Aimee Cho prepared a quick 1 Minute Warm-Up to help you enjoy your round better!

If you tee off without warming up, you may:

-get injured
-lack rotation
-swing too fast
-lose distance
-waste first few holes trying to warm up

You won’t have a full control over which swing shows up for the day.

Aimee will show you her three favorite stretches for these parts of the body;
Shoulders, mid-section, and the legs.
You can even do these while your playing partner is teeing off!

Let’s stretch together so we will be ready to make some serious birdies!!
