Adidas’ new Crossknit DPR golf shoes are inspired by one of the most secretive Masters traditions

This Masters-themed shoe is a remix of the Adidas Crossknit DPR—a sneaker-like golf shoe with a mesh upper, energizing Boost midsole and ultra-lightweight feel. The spikeless rubber outsole with a fish-scale-like traction system that provides a surprisingly high amount of grip on the course.

Inspired by the simplistic styling of the Crow’s Nest, the primarily white shoe has hints of green and silver for a classic and stylish look. The words “LOW” and “AM” are printed on the bottom of each shoe as well as inside the shoe on the cushioned sockliner. More subtly, the green color of the sockliner pulls inspiration from the deep green rug that reportedly runs throughout the understated accommodations.

Atop the tongue, a windowpane tab pays homage to the view amateurs have from one of the most exclusive rooms in golf—views experienced in the early careers of Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus.

The shoes retail at $170 will be available Nov. 9 at adidas.com.

Adidas is also releasing a Crow’s Nest-inspired bucket hat with a unique embroidered patch, cotton twill build and exclusive Adidas golf taping inside the cap. The hat is available now for $35.
