Bryson DeChambeau U.S. Open pin flag among items available in Birdies for the Brave auction

The bad news for Bryson DeChambeau is that he didn’t end up breaking Augusta National after all and left the Masters without a green jacket. The good news for the 27-year-old, though, is that he’ll still ending the year as a major champion.

And now there’s a chance for someone to own a little slice of that his major breakthrough, too.

An autographed pin flag from DeChambeau’s victory at the U.S. Open at Winged Foot is one of several items up for bid as part of an online auction hosted by the Military Warriors Support Foundation and benefitting Birdies for the Brave, a PGA Tour charity that assists men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces as well as their families.

—A signed flag from Bubba Watson’s 2014 Masters victory.

—A special-edition Jordan Spieth AT&T pink golf bag, also autographed by the three-time major champion.

—A Rickie Fowler autographed gift pack.

There are other items, including a number of rounds at various TPC courses around the country.

In previous years, there have been a series of events to help raise funds for the various charities associated with Birdies for the Brave, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of them were canceled.
